I'm here with Mrs King. She's got a sloping front garden. She'd like us to, I'm pulling up all these pavers and replacing them with some resin bound stone. She'd like a cotton steel retaining wall to hold back the slope, adding some soft planting and adding also in a gate here. She's hoping to have this finished by September.
So, just in the car on the way back from the visit to Mrs. King's, yeah, slope's about a metre over five, definitely needs some proper retaining. So, Courton steel, fine, but we need to price this one a lot higher than we did for the Walters from last year. The price has just gone up since then. Resin-bound path, let's do a bluff blend, same as the Bennett front garden job. So, we can pull those photos and send those over with the quote. I think Bennett is a good steer on the pricing for the planting and the resin-bound overall. I'd add some small sandstone landing at the door, large green, maybe 10 square metres. And don't forget the new gate and the planting. And keep the planting simple. Our crew, probably Harry and Jude.
